Cairo West served as a recovery field for B-52s and B-1s hitting targets in European Russia.
The difference between diplomacy and war is this: Diplomacy is the art of telling someone to go to hell so elegantly that they pack for the trip.
War is bringing hell down on that someone.

Here’s something that might help cheer you up: starting a thread for Star Trek in Red Dawn +20…

Actually, I'm thinking of a sequel to "Season's Greetings" in the Mikeyverse.

Got a question on city names. In Texas you have Odessa, TX and Moscow, TX. Would those names be changed post war?

I thinking about it, since unlike the German named towns, Germany never occupied the US, the Russians did.

A lot is going to depend on the desires of the residents and their individual and collective experiences. It’s six to five and pick ‘em whether they’re more pissed at the Russians or the higher government trying to make them change.

No towns in the U.S. changed their names; too much of a hassle.

And I'm back! New laptop as the old one had been diagnosed as terminal. All my stuff was saved to a flash drive, and so...

Wasn't that a Theodore written story?

We can still get in touch with him, can't we? Maybe ask if he'd show up long enough to post it before he returns to fatherhood for... 6? babies?
