Yeah. Not so funny today, in light of one of the other threads here
We'll wake up one day and everything connected to the Internet will be subsumed. I used to think I'd never be able to retire due to investing ineptitude. Then I took my current job, and I thought I'd never retire because it would kill me early from terrible hours and sheer boredom. Then I heard about Hugging Face and thought AI would go rampant and seize the world's financial markets and hold them ransom to enslave humans. Now, I figure it's either that or the War of the Machines; either way they'll get me before the job kills me.
It made for an interesting conversation in the financial planner's office Friday...
