This is of direct relevance to me as I get cellulitis due to cancer treatment related shenanigans. Prick test to determine whether an infection is bacterial or viral, instead of playing the usual 4 week, hmm that antibiotic didn't work, let's try this one (the correct answer is always two courses of Cefalexin and a lot of iodine in my case).
