North Korea, before their terminal case of the stupids.
The difference between diplomacy and war is this: Diplomacy is the art of telling someone to go to hell so elegantly that they pack for the trip.
War is bringing hell down on that someone.

Photo: With the destruction of the Argentine Navy main naval base by a Royal Navy fired Polaris SLBM on Puerto Belgrano Naval Base and an adjacent Argentine city and the Chilean-Argentine War of 1986 when Chile took advantages and successfully invaded the Picton, Lennox and Nueva islands a Argentine leftist guerrilla movement in 1986 to 1989 was formed called the Movimiento Todos por la Patria (English: All for the Homeland Movement) who advocated to overthrow the Argentina government and to join Soviet Union in their war against the United Kingdom and United States. Several attacks happen in the 1986 to 1991 period, among them is the January 23rd 1989 attack on La Tablada barracks where members of Movimiento Todos por la Patria (MTP) attacked the military barracks in La Tablada, in Buenos Aires Province, Argentina.

Brazil also quite cheerfully made Argentina’s problems worse by seizing land along their shared border with Chile…

Both the 419th TFW and the 116th TFW (GA ANG) flew Thuds for much of the war, but the AF decided not to reestablish a formal RTU (Replacement Training Unit). Thus, each wing was responsible for training new air and ground crew, with the 419th having a det at Hill where students first flew the F-105F, then the D before being considered combat-ready. The Georgia Guard had a similar setup, but at Eglin AFB instead of their home station at Warner Robins AFB, GA.
