There is only one more part and an epilogue to go, so any suffering for Admiral King will be relatively short, for humanitarian reasons.
Hitler getting knocked out and taken alive does put a dampener on the war continuing for a long time. He did survive the telling of The Joke as he did not have a sense of humour.
The last line gets a bit better when we take into account that ‘Heil Honey, I’m Home!’ was an early 1990s British sitcom canned after one episode; it featured Hitler and Eva Braun living in Berlin in an apartment next door to Arny and Rosa Goldenstein.
After the news comes out about the capture of Hitler, I think I need to do a little section on Mussolini realising he may have messed up just a tad…

It was truly awful. On The Buses was a comedy masterpiece by comparison!Simon Darkshade wrote: ↑Thu Mar 20, 2025 1:47 pm The last line gets a bit better when we take into account that ‘Heil Honey, I’m Home!’ was an early 1990s British sitcom canned after one episode; it featured Hitler and Eva Braun living in Berlin in an apartment next door to Arny and Rosa Goldenstein.
