ST/Lower Decks Season 4...

Post by MikeKozlowski »

....While understanding ST/LD is not everybody's cup of tea, it just gets better.

EP 1: "Twovix". One should ideally be acquainted with a certain episode of Voyager, but if not, have no fear: just enough exposition is provided for the ep to stand on its own, and it's beautifully executed (and slightly gross-out funny) with what's become a regular storyline on LD - what happens if you take some of the more off-the-wall story lines to their eventual conclusions.

EP 2: "For I Have No Bones And I Must Flee". When even the title is an Easter Egg, you know you're in for a treat, and this one delivers. An away team goes to rescue a couple of humans, and discovers the most terrifying creature in the known galaxy.

Suffice it to say that not even attack tribbles match up to this thing.
