Mandalorian season 3

Post by Micael »

A very strong start to season 3 at two episodes in, in my opinion. An improvement over the first two seasons.

I get the feeling that they’re teasing a development where Mr. Mandalorian and Bo-Katan (Katee Sackhoff works well in the role) are eventually going to hook up and lead a new start for Mandalore, given what transpires in episode 2.

Episode 3 done, it continues to be good. Hope they don’t mess this up.

Brilliant season so far. Episode 7 is some of the best Star Wars ever, period.

Why couldn’t they have done the movies this well? (Excepting Rogue One…)

Its the equivalent of "big bloated federal govt" side of Disney versus more "local govt" side of Disney.

One of the new planned movies is headed up by Dave Filoni and Jon Favreau. It could be good.

Haven't watched any of this season yet but I'll probably get around to it soon. The first two were pretty good. The show was always at its best when it hewed close to the western formula.

the novelty has worn off for me (i watched just the first 2 episodes so far though of season 3)....so be prepared for that potentially in your case too.

I'm not really that hungry to watch the next episode etc to same level I had for first cpl seasons, similar to the good feeling I got all through rogue 1 in general..... (though in hindsight that was maybe in large part due to how the nefarious mouse empire were busy ruining everything else in star wars for the most part).

I enjoyed all three seasons. Anticipating cancellation mid plot. What amazes me with all these series is that so many are cancelled without plot completion. That totally ruins it for rerun. I would have thought the rerun value would be much better for a completed plot but what do I know. I always check to see if a series was completed before watching it. more often than not, I wont watch it if its cancelled on a cliff hanger.
