I think the credibility of OPLAN Lehman depends on how well the Soviets can put together the intel pieces and how good those pieces are.

I absolutely forgot to have the lone wolf fry Raduga's mainframe and internal network. But the explosion should have done much of the work anyway.

Yes, that is true. Though, for the moment, a lot of those cruise missiles are going to be suspect until they've been checked.

We don't know at the moment. It's something that the JGSDF will find out.

There are some things that the US can do to reinforce its credibility. I won't say what those are...yet.

They have a satellite radio, but its battery life is running out.

MKB Raduga is a really important design and manufacturing bureau. As I've mentioned in response to one of James' comments, the Soviets can't trust a lot of its products. They will have to examine a great many missiles to make sure they have not been sabotaged. Not to mention losing the facility itself is a heavy blow.

Difficult to say. I can‘t imagine there to be that much interchangeabiliy.

There do seem to be/have been a lot of design bureaus and the like, each more or less specializing in a category of missiles, and each being the One Big Facility that seems to be one of the major quirks of Socialist/Communist governments…

I may be wrong, however.
