Webley Mk.IV with bayonet. I had to drive 200 miles in torrential rain tonight to make an early meeting tomorrow morning that got cancelled before I arrived here.

Streit one it's own means dispute. Kampf means fight. So it's armoured fight(ing) vehicle.

As I wrote before, its older meaning is actually "combat" or "war". As preserved in the word "Streitwagen" or "Streitkräfte".
