Might I suggest a slight alteration to your structure as a post?

In order to make the structure of the unit clearer, it could be split up like this:

Motorized Brigade Combat Team
i.) Special Troops Battalion
ii.) Support Battalion
iii.) Stryker MGS Battalion
iv.) Artillery Battalion
v.) Light Cavalry Squadron
vi.) Motorised Battalion ( x3)

- Then lay out the structure of each battalion level sub unit, making use of underlining for maximum clarity
- Show the structure of a company and platoon if you really want to

The first issue that strikes me is you are falling into the Soviet trap of trying to get too many units under a brigade/regimental command. 8 is too many.

It does seem you are trying to ‘goldplate’ units at every level, but that might be a function of not laying it out most optimally quite yet.
