Amazon UK claims there are two further volumes, of increasingly eye-watering price...

Some-when today, bruising around de-cataracted eye settled significantly.
NO double vision.
NO astigmatism.
Print still gotta be 8 mm / ⅓" tall to read but, yesterday, was nearer finger-width !!

A Short History of Machine Tools was 80 or so. I wouldn't mind adding these to my collection but I don't have splurge money right now.

What did they do to you, you colleguae in the world of cataracts?
My procedure on June 19th - as previously my wife's - took about 15 min, no pain, no bruising or bleeding, and drastic immediate improvement in luminosity as well as in acuity at a distance. Astigmatism will be corrected by new glasses and co-ordination with the other eye (depth perception, occasional double vision) is (reputedly) a matter of time&exercise. This procedure is, btw, the numerically most common "surgery" in Sweden.
All the best wishes for your continuing improvement!

The speed with which your eyes can adjust is amazing. After my adventure in reconstructive surgery I didn't have an eye socket. Crazy Roy glued a plastic pad under the eyeball to stop it falling into my mouth (one of his little jokes). He obviously didn't get it quite right, when I eventually woke up I had horrendous double vision, but a week later everything vision wise was back to normal.
