Most of you know that on occasion I have turned a phrase to the amusement of most and the agony of some.

While in the Council and then in Legislature I developed something of an infamous reputation for such.

In a hearing the other day in the House one of the members cracked such a joke.

One of the other members responded

“That’s an Andy Pico level pun”

with a round of laughter among those present.

Nice to know that one’s legacy lives on and that one is remembered for having made a lasting contribution to the decorum of The House

Well done, that man!!!!
