Amen. My niece was lucky enough to remember her (great)Grandpa Lee, though she doesn’t remember Papa Martha or Grandma Mar. We do have photos though. Sadly my nephew ended up as the baby we passed as emotional support at Grandpa Lee’s funeral.

My grandfather's only up to 9 great-grandchildren. Oldest is 12 and youngest is 2.

As of now I'm sans grandfather.

He died just over 3 hours ago of a heart attack during a procedure to try and sort out a blockage of his digestive system. He'd also recently broken his hip, had a hip replacement as as result, recovered from COVID and recovered from flu!!

He was 95 and so had had a very good innings. He was also in very poor health in general. Like so many people of his age it was the broken hip that triggered the spiral down that led to the heart attack a few hours ago.
