It wouldn’t surprise me if the Booties stole the Caprain’s underpants, or left a tutu on the steering wheel. They’re all a bit odd like that.
I want to know what the prize money on that thing is!
Isn't it just a courtesy flag?Nightwatch2 wrote: ↑Fri Nov 25, 2022 11:16 pmI’m really looking forward to seeing the story on THAT one!

https://www.royalnavy.mod.uk/-/media/ro ... 2/ch91.pdfForeign Warships. The custom for foreign warships visiting the United Kingdom, if they wish to fly a courtesy flag, is to fly the flag that they would fly if they were in the service of the United Kingdom. Therefore, the correct courtesy flag for a warship should be the White Ensign. A Union Flag should never be used as a courtesy flag as it is a protected flag for use at sea by the Royal Navy only. Similarly, a Red Ensign is the correct courtesy flag for a Merchantman.

It looks like it is. You can see the red and white stripes above the White Ensign, though the stars in the canton are obscured.Nightwatch2 wrote: ↑Sat Nov 26, 2022 3:01 amI’m could be wrong but I thought the US flag would be flown higher or from the other yardarm.Pdf27 wrote: ↑Fri Nov 25, 2022 11:36 pmIsn't it just a courtesy flag?Nightwatch2 wrote: ↑Fri Nov 25, 2022 11:16 pmI’m really looking forward to seeing the story on THAT one!
