Testor's liquid cement in the square bottle and their tube glue were the True Adhesives for those of us of a certain age, and we cherish them to pass along to the next generation, selah.

All kidding aside, I use superglue, liquid, and tube on the same project, depending on the call for a given joint. On my Airfix Vosper Air-Sea rescue boat, I actually used all three on the hull keel joint, one of the most poorly engineered large joints I've ever seen on a kit from a major manufacturer.

If they had the day off and went fishing, they always took the robot with them. They figured they needed the time off too.
