An unfortunate event today in Sweden. A soldier from the K4 Norrland Dragoon regiment got caught in a big avalanche on Kebnekaise, the tallest mountain in Sweden. He was airlifted in critical condition to a hospital in Norway but didn’t make it. There was a training exercise that he was participating in.
A reminder that being in the military isn’t always safe even in peacetime.
