The flying model is supposed to be available "by invitation only", won't be street legal, and most assuredly has a price tag of "if you have to ask..."

It's almost certainly a pure vanity project. But cool tech nonetheless...

This is supposedly also the last manually driveable new car model Tesla will produce. I'm not sure how much I believe it. They have declared themselves to be all-in on autonomy and seem to be pivoting to be an AI centric company, and while the self-driving product is amazing it still can't quite handle everything (it won't pull a trailer, for one, and still sometimes makes dumb lane choices). I think they will find that "just call a robotaxi" won't be as applicable outside major cities, and even people wanting their own self-driving vehicle will still want manual contros to be available for some purposes. Unless they're willing to cede the vehicle market for everything but robotaxis and the Semi, I think you'll see further driveable models come out once the next generation of EVs comes out in the US (like this "Fathom" truck which is what I think Ford should have built in the first place, not the F150 Lightning)

IMHO Tesla would have been wiser to spin off optimus and the non-driving AI work to a separate company. I can see keeping the energy products as there's a lot of vehicular commonality in the batteries. But then also, Musk's political involvement may have torpedoed the brand in many people's eyes regardless of what products they offer.
