Everything seems to have gone well here, so no worries as such. But maybe they need to rethink how they handle pallets on the flight deck a bit.

What the hell????? Why are there large amounts of stuff on a flight deck? That just looks like a fatal FOD problem waiting to happen. And waiting impatiently, at that.

Looks to me like they were storing empty boxes on deck. It may be that some of the stuff on the flight deck was just unloaded from the Osprey, explaining why it was still there and not struck below deck. Fully loaded pallets shouldn't move that much.
