Text entry bug ??

Might be a quirk of my Chrome browser and/or tales' text formatting, but I've run into an oddity...

I copy/paste plain (Notepad) text into open Reply field, then hit 'Submit'.

Page jump/scrolls down a bit, but does not 'Submit'.

I hit 'Submit' again and it works.

Weird, or what ??

( Really noticeable when I posted ~15 chapters of WIRS #05 'The Heptonstall Horror' in quick succession... )
